This listing brings you a vintage Egyptian Revival pin with Famous Egyptian Cat Goddess Basted or later also called Bast. It's really quite elaborate for a small piece. Measures 2 high and wide.

Olive rhinestones are bezel set. The metal has an intricate swirl and floral design.

In the center is an applied mythological figure. Looks like a female head with the body of a cat, or later lioness.

Pin clasp is "c" shape, but secure. Wear on the back of the brass tone.

I did not clean this. I really think it looks better in reality than on my pictures.
