Striking, pair of sitting cat bookends by Frankart / Sarsaparilla in the Art Deco style made of weighted aluminum alloy and enameled in a glossy black. This set includes a right and left bookend in good, vintage condition. One does have a few very small issues with the enamel on the back of the base and the both have some light scratches from use, but they don't impact the use or look of the pieces. The bottom of each is covered in felt board and are marked Frakart c.

The left book end has the original stick from Sarsaparilla on the bottom. Very nice addition to your bookcase.
