1936 " LIONS ", art medal, 80x48mm 135g approx, in metal, by Thenot, in very fine condition as scanned, some nicks on rim, edge marked "bronze" with horn (Paris mint). ABOUT THE ARTIST Maurice THENOT, French sculptor and medallist who died in 1963, pupil of Patey, received a médaille d'argent at the Salon des Artistes français in 1936.
