Marvelous, commercially made with hand applied colors depicting an art deco style topless flapper in lingerie, stockings, garter belt and high heels + black cat; printed signature lower right Maggy Monier one of the notable illustrators of the era. One in a series numbered 2686 - "Le Pantolon".

Some publishers (and collectors) of this genre of postcard refer to them as "aquarelize" watercolored. 3.5 x 5.5 postcard with hand applied watercolors in very good condition: very clean, postcard back.
