This is a nice decorative Austrian Bronze art sculpture of a cat (see photos). The item is made of bronze with a Modernist style. The item is marked Made in Austria on the top of the base and it looks to me to be by the maker HWH (for Hagenauer), but it is not marked by the maker (see photos). The item is from Austria and it is Austrian in origin (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker).

The item looks to be a paperweight to me (see photos). The item in total measures about 1 and 3/4ths inches high, it is about 3/4ths+ of inch wide from side to side and it is about 1 and 1/2 inches long from nose end to tail end.
