Pair Chase Manufacturing Art Deco Cat Doorstops Original Paint RARE

  

These have been put away for years, matched pair of Signed Chase art deco cat doorstops. I believe that they were cast in brass and then plated and painted. They are dusty and some of the paint has worn off in places.

These were designed by Walter Van Nessen and manufactured in the 30's. Usually the paint is gone and someone has polished them up.

The one with the worst paint has a bump in the metal near the arched back by the tail - otherwise nice and clean original items.
