A pair of Artist signed bookends. They are seated panthers in the Art Deco style.

One is in excellent condition & one has a tight hairline crack to neck as shown. Each measures about 5 3/4 14.5 cm. X 5 1/4 13 cm.

X 4 1/4 11 cm. They are very solid & heavy weighing almost 8 pounds. They are signed on back with the artist's initials & have the Rookwood Pottery flames logo, date code "XLVIII" (1948) & model #"2564" on the bottoms. We are Canadian snowbirds wintering in the U.
