This is a very hard to find Vintage Arabia Ceramicmade in Finland laying. Down tabby cat, designed by MichaelSchikin. The figurine is in very good conditionand has no chips, cracks, or scratches. There are areas of some very lightcrazing of the glaze, common for a piece of. The cat is approximately 6 3/4" long 4 ¼"at its widest point and 1 7/8 tall.

This is a hand painted piece making it aone of a kind like real cats are. The figurine has been incised on itsbottom with (made in Finland) and. The number (K:56) instead of the more commonink stamp. This appears to have been an early 1950'sproduction run for this.
