VINTAGE CUBIST DECO FRANKART ERA EGYPTIAN CAT BOOKENDS. Regal & Elegant Egyptian Style Siamese Cat Metal Bookends in the Art Deco style from the Frankart Era. These do not have a maker's mark, however they match the description, making, and style of Frankart pieces. They each weight over a pound, are approximately 7.75-8" tall, 3" wide, and 2.75 deep across the base. They both still have a good bronze finish. BOTH cats have some slight wear on their front legs (see last picture with bright light) - it looks like they may have had stickers removed or were rubbed for cleaning a little aggressively. Only the very slightest patina which is almost exclusively located near the base. Each base also has their protective green felt affixed.
